- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting frames, lenses, and optical accessories based on their preferences and prescriptions
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, prescriptions, and laboratory orders using optical management software .
- Provide information on optical products, including lens options, coatings,
and frame styles to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage retail sales transactions efficiently while promoting additional products and services to meet sales targets
- Keep the optical area clean, organized, and fully stocked to create an inviting shopping setting
Requirements
- Experience working in retail sales or customer service environments with a focus on sales .
