Oracle Cloud AMS Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (Canada – various cities), with occasional client travel as needed

What You'll Be Doing

- Provide ongoing functional support for Oracle Cloud applications, resolving incidents, service requests and enhancement requests within agreed SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across Oracle Cloud modules, coordinating with technical teams as needed.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing, identifying impacts and coordinating regression testing with clients.
- Maintain and update functional configurations in response to evolving business needs.
- Document root cause analysis, resolutions and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
- Partner with client stakeholders to prioritize and manage a support backlog.
- Identify opportunities for process or system enhancements based on recurring support themes.
- Support minor enhancements and small-scope change requests within the AMS engagement.
- Stay current on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and emerging functionality relevant to supported clients.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud applications in a production or AMS environment.
- Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.




- Experience with service request management and SLA-driven support models.
- Ability to manage multiple support tickets and priorities simultaneously.
- Oracle Cloud certification is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain issues and resolutions to non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
