We are currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and friendly individual to join our growing team at our Niagara Falls office. This is an on-site, full-time position; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any potential issues.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on orders.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Utilize applications for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers and clients.
- Analyze order trends and provide insights for process improvements.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills,



both written and verbal; ability to articulate clearly and effectively. French language skills are considered an asset.
- Previous customer service, or administrative experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient in computer skills, email, and general office software, including experience with data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate order processing.
- Excellent analysis skills to identify trends and suggest improvements in the order processing workflow.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
- Holiday Overtime (Valentine's, Christmas, and Mohter's Day)
- Compensation will be based on experience.
