Outstanding Smile Family Dental is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to run our dedicated orthodontic chair — working chairside with traditional braces and Myobrace appliances, running patient consultations, and presenting treatment plans alongside our dentist.

What you'll be doing:

- Chairside assisting for traditional braces (bands, brackets, archwires) and Myobrace/removable appliances
- Running ortho check-up and monitoring appointments (compliance, appliance fit, wear time)
- Meeting with patients and families for consultations and treatment plan discussions
- Keeping accurate ortho charting and documentation

What we require:

- Active registration with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants, including a current Orthodontic Advanced Practice Authorization ("ortho module")
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant




- Hands-on experience with traditional braces
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

Nice to have:

- Experience with Myobrace or similar preventive/myofunctional appliances
- ClearDent experience
- Additional languages spoken

Details:

- Full-time, Sunday–Friday
