Your role
As an Organizational Development Intern, you will actively contribute to the implementation of our organizational development strategies aimed at improving talent performance and engagement at Yoplait Liberté Canada. By joining the Human Resources team, you will act as a junior talent development specialist, bringing your creative ideas, fresh perspective, and expertise to support our programs and initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, talent development, and change management.

What awaits you
- Support the implementation of talent management, talent development, and diversity & inclusion programs.
- Collaborate in designing and preparing strategic documents, development content, tools, and guides.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating development activities and initiatives, such as training sessions, conferences, or workshops — including sending invitations, preparing materials, and following up with participants.
- Participate in deploying the change management strategy for the implementation of a new HRIS.
- Contribute to impact analysis, gap assessments, and recommendations to support employees and managers through change.
- Help improve existing programs related to talent management, performance, and employee engagement.
- Propose and implement enhancements to performance management, succession planning, and talent identification processes through tools and initiatives that support career development and internal mobility.
What we’re looking for
- Completion of at least two years of university studies in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Ongoing graduate studies in Organizational Development — a strong asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong interest in employee experience, organizational culture, change management, and talent development.
- Ability to apply creativity to concrete, value‑added initiatives with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
