U-Haul is looking for motivated individuals for their Customer Service Representative role. This position emphasizes teamwork and excellent customer engagement. Key responsibilities include handling rentals, inspecting equipment, and providing hands-on assistance and education to customers about U-Haul products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries inside and outside the U-Haul center
• Manage rentals using smartphone-based U-Scan technology
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
• Clean and inspect equipment,



including fluid levels
• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a valuable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment up to 50 lbs
• Availability for U-Haul training and certification programs
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
