This is a front desk, guest facing position where you will ensure the first line of contact with our guests is running smoothly. If you enjoy being part of a team, ensuring our world class guests have the best experience possible, and have a robust passion for mountain culture, this is the role for you.Expectations & Responsibilitiescomplete hotel reservations, maintain current bookings and enforce cancellation policiescomplete guest check-ins, room reservation modifications, and guest check-outscoordinate with the maintenance and housekeeping team to ensure guest inquiries are handled in timely fashionsell lift tickets, ski/board repair packages, snow lessons, dinner reservations, spa appointments, and any other hotel or ski packages as needed by the business and/or guestsknow and adhere to the policies, rules,
