and 3PL operations to ensure efficiency and safety.Lead and support dispatch, drivers, and logistics teams.Execute operational strategies aligned with business and customer needs.Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.Optimize fleet scheduling while maintaining regulatory compliance.Manage carrier and vendor relationships to support service performance.Leverage TMS/WMS systems to improve operations and reporting.Oversee budgets, expenses, and operational profitability.Maintain strong customer relationships and service standards.What Do You Bring?6+ years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or 3PL operations with P&L responsibility.Strong understanding of transportation operations, regulations, and customer markets across North America.Strategic and adaptable leader with a focus on operational performance and growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems including TMS/WMS platforms.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities in fast‑paced environments.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships.Willingness to travel across Canada and the U.S. as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
