We seek an Assistant Controller with 5-8 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting. Collaborating closely with finance leadership and teams, you will facilitate closing processes, operations, and compliance as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Maintain the general ledger in NetSuite




• Reconcile various balance sheet accounts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows
• Support tax filings and audits with documentation
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years in accounting, public and in-house mix
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite and month-end close
• Experience with finance tools like Ramp and ADP
• Understanding of US GAAP and accounting policies
• Detail-oriented and organized in rapid-paced settings
