About the Role Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a OT Program Manager in the Utilities in a hybrid work setting in Calgary, Alberta.

Lead a portfolio supported by:

- 2 Project Managers
- 2 Business Analysts
- 1 Organizational Change Manager Responsibilities - SCADA UpgradesADMS UpdgradesDERMS Upgrades
- Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, operations teams, engineering groups, cyber security, and technology partners.
- Manage program roadmap, dependencies, risks, budgets, vendors, and executive communications.

Requirements - 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.

- Significant experience delivering Operational Technology (OT) programs within utilities, energy, power generation, transmission, or distribution environments.
- Proven experience managing large,



multi-stream portfolios with several project managers and business resources reporting into the program.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and external system integrators.
