Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and current customers to present product offerings and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage accounts effectively using CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, sales pipelines, and customer preferences.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and explain complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, particularly within B2B (business-to-business) environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals efficiently.
- Experience in business development, account management, or technology sales preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making and sales planning.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience working in marketing or technical sales roles will be considered a plus.
