Temporary Overnight Security Guard A private security company is seeking reliable and vigilant licensed Security Guards for a temporary overnight contract.
This position involves working outdoors throughout the night, monitoring the property and maintaining a visible security presence. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, remaining alert for extended periods and responding appropriately to any unusual activity.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and patrol the assigned outdoor area
- Remain alert and vigilant throughout the entire shift
- Identify and report suspicious activity, safety concerns or unauthorized access
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors
- Complete accurate incident reports when required
- Respond professionally to any issues that arise
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working overnight and outdoors
- Able to remain awake,
alert and attentive for the entire shift
- Robust observation and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Appropriate clothing for changing outdoor weather conditions
