A private women’s club and luxury boutique hotel in Toronto is seeking a Part-Time Concierge to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for providing vacation and illness coverage, with the flexibility to work across all shifts and days of the week based on operational requirements.

As a Concierge, you will be a key point of contact for our guests and members. You’ll provide a warm welcome, anticipate needs, offer knowledgeable recommendations, and ensure every interaction reflects our high standards of service.

Availability Requirements

Flexibility and availability are essential for this part-time position.

Candidates must be available to provide coverage across:

- Day shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Afternoon/Evening shifts: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Overnight shifts: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM
- Weekends
- Statutory holidays
- Vacation and illness coverage as required

Please note: This is a relief position, and shifts will vary depending on operational needs and team coverage requirements. Candidates must be comfortable working different shifts rather than being limited to one specific shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests and members with a warm, professional, and personalized approach
- Manage hotel check-in and check-out processes
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries by phone and email
- Provide recommendations and assist with reservations and bookings, including restaurants, events, transportation, tickets, and other services
- Process payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and debit
- Register members for club events and activities
- Perform opening, closing,



and overnight duties for both club and hotel operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and common areas
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and support the broader team as needed
- Respond to guest and member needs with sound judgment and discretion
- Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel concierge, front desk, guest services, or a similar hospitality role
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- A polished, professional, and guest-focused approach
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and service-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability and willingness to work all shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
