DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Must own and have access to your own van suitable for package deliveries. Must have a clean background check. Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible. Must be physically capable of loading, unloading, and delivering packages. Must be comfortable using GPS/navigation and following delivery routes. Must provide professional and courteous customer service. Previous delivery or courier experience is an asset, but motivated applicants are welcome.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely load and transport packages using your own van. Deliver packages accurately and efficiently to customers. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules. Use GPS or delivery-routing technology to navigate efficiently.
Handle packages carefully and ensure they arrive safely. Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery issues or special instructions. Follow all applicable traffic, safety, and delivery procedures. Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers.
