Packaging Line Supervisor

We are currently hiring a hands-on Packaging Line Supervisor to join our production team.

This is a hands-on role focused primarily on equipment operation, while also leading a small production team to ensure the packaging line runs efficiently, smoothly, and consistently.

The ideal candidate has practical production-line experience, is comfortable operating equipment directly, and can effectively lead and support a small team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate packaging line equipment for bottled products, softgels, powders, and other product formats
- Perform basic equipment setup, adjustments, routine maintenance, and minor troubleshooting for filling, labeling, cartoning, and other packaging equipment
- Lead packaging line operators, assign daily tasks, and help improve overall line efficiency
- Execute production tasks according to the production schedule and ensure orders are completed on time
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with GMP standards and customer requirements
- Handle common production-floor issues involving equipment, staffing, and minor quality concerns
- Communicate and coordinate with Warehouse, QA, and other departments as needed

Qualifications
- Experience in the food,



natural health product, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Hands-on packaging line operation experience is required
- Previous experience as a Lead Operator, Senior Operator, Line Lead, or in a similar team-leading role
- Familiarity with common packaging equipment, including filling, labeling, cartoning, and related machinery
- Basic equipment setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, or maintenance skills are important
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to lead a small team
- Basic communication skills in both English and Chinese

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience in Canada
- Familiarity with GMP requirements and QA procedures
- Mechanical or electrical equipment troubleshooting, repair, or setup experience
- Experience improving production line efficiency or workflow
