Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide Quality support to Packaging operations.
- Perform routine checks on in-process and finished product in accordance with Quality and HACCP/Food Safety programs.
- Carbonate bright tanks/holding tanks in preparation for packaging.
- Monitor critical packaging specifications such as carbonation and oxygen levels, integrity of the seams, and pasteurization effectiveness.
- Perform ATP testing to verify cleaning effectiveness prior to packaging.
- Data collection/management.
- Hygiene compliance monitoring.
- Assisting the Quality Manager or Packaging staff with additional tasks may be required.
Skills & Requirements:
- Organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer and data management skills.
- Ability to work on your feet for long hours.
- Previous experience working in a Manufacturing and/or Quality role is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
