In this energetic role, you will assist experienced painters in preparing and applying paint to various surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities

Support the painting team by preparing surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and taping to ensure optimal paint adhesion.

Assist with mixing paints, primers, and other materials to match project specifications.

Handle hand tools and power tools safely to apply paint, stain, or sealant on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.

Set up scaffolding, ladders, and rigging equipment to access hard-to-reach areas efficiently.

Help with drywall installation, repairs, and restoration work as needed to prepare surfaces for painting.

Follow blueprints, schematics, or instructions to accurately complete residential or commercial painting projects.





Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

Previous construction experience is highly valued; familiarity with drywall installation, restoration projects, or carpentry is a plus.

Knowledge of construction painting techniques for residential, commercial, and industrial settings enhances your effectiveness on site.

Ability to read blueprints and schematics ensures precise application of paint and finishing details.

Experience with rigging, caulking, and using hand tools or power tools demonstrates versatility in supporting diverse project needs.

Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and understanding project requirements.

Time management skills help prioritize tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Customer service orientation is beneficial when interacting with clients during or after project completion.
