Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport parcels to various destinations within assigned routes
- Load and unload packages efficiently using moving techniques and equipment such as forklifts when necessary
- Ensure accurate delivery of parcels by verifying recipient information and obtaining signatures when required
- Communicate clearly with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered during routes
- Assist with warehouse activities including heavy lifting of packages, organizing inventory, and preparing shipments for delivery
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety checks,



and adherence to traffic laws at all times
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and resolving minor concerns promptly

Experience

- Prior experience in commercial driving or courier services is highly desirable
- Warehouse experience involving moving heavy items or operating forklifts is a robust plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive moving tasks throughout the shift
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures or logistics operations is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving certification preferred but not required
