Qualifications & Requirements
- Background in nursing, healthcare administration, social work, or a related caregiving field.




- Excellent interpersonal and evaluation skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel to local client locations.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own calendar.
- Complete and submit straightforward assessment documentation.
- Provide updates to the care coordinator regarding client needs.

Pay: $100.00-$135.00 per day
