Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas following established standards
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies to ensure guest comfort
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels




- Support team efforts in deep cleaning projects or special event preparations as needed

Requirements

- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts; ability to lift moderate loads comfortably
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment; industrial cleaning experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays
