Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Supervise 4 -8 people
- Supervise and check delivery of food being made
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Train staff in job duties, including sanitation protocols and safety requirements
- Participate in quality control of all food served and service provided for customers
- Availability: afternoon shift (5pm-11pm) including weekends; weekend nights, 10-20 hours per week
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week Pay: $17.00 per hour

Experience:
- QUICK FOOD RESTAURANT ASSUPERVISOR: 1 year (required)
- DAIRY QUEEN SUPERVISOR: 1 year (preferred)
