Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on product selections, including wine, spirits, and other beverages
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transactions
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through merchandising, stock replenishment, and product displays
- Upsell additional products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow all legal regulations related to alcohol sales, including verifying IDs and age restrictions
- Ensure the store is clean, organized,



and well-stocked at all times to promote a positive shopping setting
- Receiving and dismantling of product deliveries. Must be physically able to lift up to 30lbs.

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising practices is advantageous
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
