Some flexibility in the total comp plan can be made for a senior level candidate.LanguagesEnglish & Mandarin (nice to have)Key ResponsibilitiesCore Payroll Operation & Management: Responsible for semi-monthly payroll calculation, distribution, and tax filing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Advantages Framework Setup: Assist HRM in building and continuously optimizing the employee benefits framework from scratch, based on the company’s development stage and headcount.HR Assistant Support: Support the HR Manager with other HR daily tasks,



including but not limited to:Assisting with new employee orientation and training.Supporting recruitment activities.Other HR-related support as needed.RequirementsBachelor degree in HR, Business, or a related field.Work Experience: 3–5 years of hands‑on payroll experience, particularly with companies of around a few hundred employees. Candidates with a background in large enterprises/manufacturers are preferred.Adaptability: Able to work in a startup or growth‑stage environment, handle multiple tasks, and demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.Good to Have: Experience with expatriate payroll or cross‑border payroll processing is a plus.
