Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Business Analyst/Repo Trading (Sell‑Side) to provide day‑to‑day analytical support and partner with business and technology teams across Global Markets to ensure smooth operations for repo trading processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for Global Repo trading desks
• Respond quickly to inquiries from Front/Middle Office, Trade Desk Support, Back Office, Risk, Collateral Management, and Accounting/Settlement
• Support the delivery of small-to-medium enhancements to existing business processes
• Contribute to the rollout of new vendor functionality, including testing, validation, coordination with vendors, and production go‑live support
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology contacts to drive alignment and outcomes
• Act as a subject matter expert for integration aspects of Repo systems and coordinate with external teams as needed
• Support issue resolution with vendors and external counterparties, including trading venues, clearing houses, tri‑party agents,
  
  
  
  and relevant regulators
• Participate in system upgrades and infrastructure/security patching to ensure validated applications are ready for business use after changes

Desired Skill-Set

• 2–3+ years of experience working with Repo trading systems in a sell‑side environment
• Solid knowledge of end‑to‑end Repo trading, including trade execution and lifecycle events, inventory and collateral management, settlements, and electronic/tri‑party trading
• Experience with outright bond trading and Interest Rate derivatives (strong asset)
• Experience with at least one or more systems: Bondfire, Broadridge FinPro/Impact/SFCM, Bloomberg TOMS, FIS BondOne, Calypso, Anvil, Apex

Nice to Have

• Experience building productivity tools/applications in Python and Excel/VBA
