In this role, you will provide person‑centred nursing care to residents, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and help promote a safe, respectful, and high‑quality care environment. The successful candidate will practice within professional standards, applicable regulations, and organizational policies while supporting a culture of safety, dignity, and continuous quality improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care, assessments, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring of residents.Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.Support residents and families through respectful communication, advocacy, and clinical guidance.Promote a secure environment by following infection prevention, health and safety,
