We’re growing our coaching team. We’re looking for an energetic, qualified coach who loves helping people move better, get stronger, and become part of an incredible community. Schedule
2–3 shifts per week Approximately: 5:30-10:30AM Or 5:00–8:00 PM What you’ll do
Coach world-class F45 workouts Help members with technique and exercise modifications Provide encouragement and accountability Build relationships with members before, during, and after class Assist with setup, cleaning, and studio operations Help create an environment people can’t wait to come back to We’re looking for someone who:
Has a positive, high-energy personality Loves coaching and connecting with people Is reliable and shows up early Communicates confidently in front of groups Is passionate about fitness Holds (or is willing to obtain) a recognized Personal Training certification Wants to continue learning and improving as a coach Bonus if you have:
Group fitness coaching experience Strength and conditioning background Experience with athletic performance training CPR/First Aid
