CpK is an industry leader recognized for quality, innovation, and professional excellence.Our mission is to be the best interior products company in the world most admired for itspeople, partnerships, quality and innovation.It is our mission that leads us to achieve heightened levels of performance in process, accuracy and customer service.CpK Interior Products Inc. is hiring aMaintenance Supervisorto support our Maintenance and Engineering team in cross‑functional operational activities.This role is responsible for the maintenance of equipment to meet production performance standards, including maximizing equipment reliability/productivity and utilizing process tools and knowledge of system capability to set and achieve performance standards. They oversee Maintenance staff, Modular Tooling Specialists, Apprentices and Janitorial employees. Focused on IATF 16949 standards for facilities maintenance and quality improvement through a formal commitment to excellence, cost efficiency and reliability, while contributing to Plant SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) objectives.What You’ll Do (Key responsibilities, not limited to)Works in compliance with EHS legislation,
Environmental Health & Safety Policies/Programs and ISO14001.Takes timely action to correct unsafe work habits or work conditionsPerform root cause analysis and effective follow‑up counter measures for equipment breakdowns.Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly work areas and protection of the environment.Provides Leadership to team to ensure facilities and equipment are operating at their peak performance.Focus on equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity.Supervise timely equipment maintenance, ensuring the preventive maintenance schedule is followed properlySupport installation of new equipment and servicesParticipate in and organize maintenance support of new product launchesImplements process enhancements to improve product and changeover efficiencyDevelops plans for the implementation of new technology including the implementation of capital plansUtilizes visual factory concepts to maximize asset utilization and plant performance in generalDevelop all members of team to ensure they have the tools to troubleshoot and repair equipment/facilityTracks standard manufacturing measures, prioritizes opportunities and develops trimester objectivesEnsures that critical spare components are identified and available to maintain production and support equipmentResponsible for workforce planning and safety compliance for the Maintenance DepartmentEnsure policies and procedures are in accordance with IATF 16949 standards with respect to quality of work, maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, and protection of the environment.What You BringUniversity degree, diploma or equivalent work experienceMinimum of five (5) years’ experience in manufacturing industry.Minimum of three (3) years as a Maintenance Supervisor,
preferably in the automotive industryStrong knowledge of tooling, manufacturing, assembly processesPrevious experience working in a union environmentStrong technical knowledge – troubleshooting, schematics, manuals, automation (robots, PLC logic)Familiar with lean manufacturing systems and implementationStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentMust be willing to work any assigned shift, work daily, weekend, and holiday overtime as requiredWork Schedule & PaySchedule: Full‑time, On-site, WarehouseHours:Afternoon ShiftOccasional OT required. Weekend work depending on position when scheduled as per customer demandOvertime: As required, in accordance with company policy and applicable legislationCompensation Range: $70,000 – 90,000 annualThis range reflects our current expectations as of this posting’s date.
