Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-time Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. One of our existing therapists will be leaving due to medical reasons and we require an RMT to take over her patient load.

Duties

- Provide qualified massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring comfort and therapeutic effectiveness.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding treatment plans, post-treatment care, and health concerns.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to support integrated patient care.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow while respecting appointment durations.

Skills

- Valid registration as a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO.
- Strong hands-on skills to address various soft tissue pathologies.




- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and team members alike.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

We are looking for 2 days coverage a week between Monday to Friday, no weekends required. Days and times are flexible within normal business hours of 10-6pm. We are located in a large corporate office building; offering our services not only to the immediate tenants in the building but also to the surrounding high-density population of downtown North York.

The clinic offers direct access to Finch subway station, as well as reception and linens.

Percentage split 65/35, 65% to the therapist, 35% to the clinic.
