At Strathmore Motors, great service takes a team—and our Parts Department plays a big role in keeping our customers and our shop moving.
We’re looking for a Parts Counterperson who knows automotive parts, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in getting the details right. You’ll work closely with departments across the dealership and help walk-in customers find the parts they need.
If you’re organized, dependable, and ready to pitch in when things get busy, we’d like to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Help customers and dealership staff find the right parts with friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Locate, price, and order parts, keeping customers informed about availability, backorders, and order updates.
- Receive and stock incoming freight accurately and keep the department neat and organized.
- Count inventory and track parts orders and returns.
- Process warranty claims and returns with care and attention to detail.
- Deliver parts promptly and reliably.
- Support your teammates and help keep the department running smoothly.
What you’ll bring
- Experience preferred but not required
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communication and a helpful, customer-focused approach.
- The ability to stay on top of priorities in a busy dealership.
- A team-first attitude and pride in a job well done.
- A valid Alberta driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
