Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Person for our Thunder Bay Construction & Forestry location.
The Parts Person is responsible for aiding customers in finding necessary parts, offering pricing information, and processing online parts orders.
The position entails executing parts inventory duties that bolster our Parts Business by supporting warehouse operations. This role reports to the Parts Manager, working collaboratively to deliver optimal outcomes for customers.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Problem solving
- Unloading, receiving, and storing incoming parts and other materials in the warehouse and yard
- Locate parts and other materials, and ship to customers and other branches
- Provide assistance to branch service technicians as required
- Place inventory stock orders
- Make inventory and bin adjustments
- Accurately and completely document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
- Use parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems
What We Look For
- Knowledge of general parts and warehouse procedures
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team to achieve required goals
- Willingness to assist other staff as appropriate and as workloads dictate
- Solid leadership ability and inventory management skills
- Analytical thinker with strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Previous leadership experience in a parts department preferred
- HD Journeyman Partsperson ticket considered preferred
- Warehouse management experience considered an asset
