Equipment Ontario Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and keeping things moving, this could be a great opportunity for you!

As a Parts Specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting both our customers and Service Technicians by ensuring the right parts are available when they’re needed. You’ll be involved in shipping and receiving and providing day-to-day support to our Parts and Service teams.

What You’ll Do

Shipping & Receiving

- Receive, inspect, unpack, and accurately stock incoming parts and inventory.
- Verify shipments and packing slips to ensure inventory is received correctly.
- Pick, pack, and prepare parts for customer orders, Service Technicians, and inter-branch transfers.
- Ensure parts are organized, labelled, and stored efficiently.

Parts & Service Support

- Work closely with Service Technicians to ensure they have the parts they need to complete repairs efficiently and minimize equipment downtime.
- Assist with parts lookups and identify the correct parts for equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Work closely with the Parts and Service teams to prioritize urgent customer and service requirements.
- Accurately process parts receipts, transfers, returns,



and other transactions in our business system.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a parts, shipping/receiving, agricultural equipment, or similar workplace is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to identify parts and learn parts catalogues and business systems.
- Reliable, dependable, and willing to jump in and help where needed.
- Mechanical or equipment knowledge is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person.
