- Transfer Unit Operator
- Roller Operators
- Traffic Accomodation personel
General Qualifications for All Positions:
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and moving heavy materials.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and on different shifts.
- Strong commitment to safety and following all safety protocols.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred, CDL is a plus for some positions.
- Previous experience in paving or construction is a plus but not required.
