North West Paving is looking to hire a roller operator for the 2026 season. We are a progressive, growing company that has operated in the Edmonton area for 50 years. We provide gravel, asphalt, and concrete services to Municipalities, General Contractors, and Developers in our community and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the crews with equipment operating or labourer duties
- Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labour
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment prior to the start of work
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform other duties as required
- Comply with all safety policies and participate in any training NWP deems necessary for the position
- Able to work in all weather conditions

Qualifications:

- Some experience in the operation of paving equipment and paving related work
- Some labourer experience




- Ability to work continuously for prolonged periods of time is required
- Ability to work closely with a team
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
- Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle to commute to and from job sites

Competitive wages based on experience. Job Types: Full time, Seasonal

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
