Rebellion is seeking a People Operations Advisor to join the People & Talent Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract at our riverside headquarters in Oxford. You will deliver high-quality HR operations, maintain HR records, support reporting, and guide managers and employees on policies and procedures. This hands-on role requires solid organisational skills, knowledge of UK employment law, and experience with HRIS and office productivity tools.
