As an Asset Protection Partner, you will focus on reducing theft while providing excellent service to clients. This role requires one year of retail loss prevention experience and involves conducting surveillance, preparing reports, and training staff in loss prevention techniques. You'll collaborate with internal teams and law enforcement to maintain a secure setting. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct floor surveillance and manage CCTV systems
Prepare reports on theft incidents and recoveries
Train employees on loss prevention strategies
Assist in store audits and safety inspections
Develop and execute shrinkage prevention plans Requirements:
1 year of asset protection experience
