Work with the Facilities Crew on maintenance and repairs (we'll train you), and support all club departments to keep everything looking top‑notch. If you love teamwork and take pride in a pristine environment, this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all facility spaces are cared for and inspected according to the high standards set by managementPerform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and polishingFollow checklists of routine duties; inspect rooms andpublic spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness, maintenance and set‑up standards, as well as to verify statusAssist Member Services department with event set up and tear down, as requiredEffectively communicate with the team members and Front Desk staff via 2‑way radio in a timely mannerCheck stocking levels of all consumables and replace as requiredNotify supervisor(s) of any facility damage, deficits or concernsAdhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety, and be aware of all company‑related processes and practicesAdditional duties as requiredRequirementsDemonstrated ability to safely lift 40 lbs.Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performanceCustomer‑oriented and friendly; comfortable working in a public settingGood communication skills; fluent in both spoken and written EnglishStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members,
