RockGymPro) is an assetExperience teaching belay classes or other climbing classes is an assetACGM Level 1 is an assetList of DutiesOversee gym operations, including majority of front desk shifts (at least one weekend shift)Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive member experienceEnsure the successful development and implementation of all programmingPerform regular safety inspections and reportingManage company email, respond within 48 hours, and oversee bookings (groups, birthdays, lessons, etc.)Supervise, schedule, hire, and train front desk staff and route setters; fill in shifts ifnecessaryEnsure high-quality route setting with regular rotation and constructive feedbackMaintain accurate documentation of incidents, staff, and member informationOversee social media presence, promotions,
