Hourly Wages: 30.5$; 40 hours per weekMain duties:Mr. Duc Hoang Tran, as the Tool & Die maker of our window product manufacturing factory, has these main duties:Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications of tools, dies, jigs and machine partsPrepare templates and sketches, and determine work processesCalculate and verify dimensions and tolerances and set up machine toolsPosition, secure, measure and work metal stock or castings to lay out for machiningSet up, operate and maintain machine tools to cut, turn, mill, plane, drill, bore, grind or otherwise shape workpiece to prescribed dimensions and finishUse precision measuring instruments such as verniers, callipers, micrometers, co-ordinate measuring machines (CMM)



and electronic measuring devices to verify machined parts for conformance to specifications.Fit and assemble or disassemble parts using hand toolsTest completed tools, dies, jigs or fixtures for proper operationFile, grind, and adjust parts using all hand deburring tools, files, emery paper, electric grinders and air tools so that they fit together properly, smooth and polish surfaces of tools and diesInspect completed tools or dies for any signs of imperfection or damage that may affect their functionality; propose solution for repair#J-18808-Ljbffr
