Confer with clients to identify requirements Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices,
