Job description – CSR / Call Taker-About Us:Power Express is a courier service, providing local deliveries to our customers within the greater Edmonton area.Position Summary:Power Express is looking for a permanent full-time Customer Service Representative / Call Taker, someone who can give quotes, do billing, as well as answer incoming calls and transfer the relative information into a computer program. The ideal candidate will also be courteous, kind, and provide great customer service to our customers.Reporting to the Dispatcher, the Call Taker is responsible for handing inbound calls from customers as well as ability to do filing and help-out with accounts receivable.Responsibilities:Respond to a variety of calls from existing or new customers.Create customer loyalty by providing friendly and productive service.Provide customer support by addressing questions, problems,
