The Finance Fuel Manager will be required to measure and monitor the Fuel divisions accounting performance including revenue recognition, cost center variances and cash flow position.LocationThis position is onsite in Peterborough, Ontario.Your Day to DayFuel Accounting and Business AnalyticsReview and approve all Price Approval Requests (PAR's) for various customer proposals for the Fuel divisionReview and understand customer agreements and contractual requirementsReview and approve Project Bookings for accuracy as well as the correct revenue recognition methodCoordinate accounting activities related to quarterly reviews for Fuel, which include contract profit statements, forecast and billing informationReview and approve journal entries for project accruals, account reclassifications, other project requirements as well as account reconciliationsReview, approve, and request the purchase of foreign exchange forwards by the BWXT Treasurer to reduce foreign currency riskLead financial reviews and provide insights to enhance decision‑making and strategic planning for FuelAssist operations with ACEs (Authorization for Capital Expenses) – analyze NPV and IRRReview and approve all capital expenditures (ACEs)
