Join the Toronto District School Board as a Labour Relations Analyst where your analytical skills will drive impactful decision-making. This permanent position focuses on data analytics to support labour relations initiatives and processes.

As a key member of the People and Culture department, you'll report directly to the Senior Manager, Labour Relations. Your role will be to maintain labour relations reporting frameworks, analyze data related to grievances, and prepare extensive reports to enhance decision-making. This is a unique chance to work in one of Canada's largest school boards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Enhance labour relations databases and tracking systems • Analyze arbitration outcomes and grievance trends • Generate comprehensive reports on collective bargaining matters • Conduct research on labour legislation and best practices • Provide operational support during mediation and arbitration

Requirements: • Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related area • Minimum three years of experience in labour relations • Advanced skills in reporting tools and data visualization • Solid understanding of collective agreements and labour laws • Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
