You will oversee residential and/or commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Mentor:Manage, motivate, and supervise your own roofing crew on daily projects.Installation:Expertly install, repair, and replace various roofing systems (Shingles, Flat Roofs, Cedar, etc.).Quality Control:Ensure all work meets or exceeds building codes andBeaver The Rooferquality standards.Safety First:Enforce strict job site safety protocols and ensure the crew utilizes proper PPE and fall protection.Customer Relations:Act as the professional onsite point of contact for homeowners,
