This role demands a senior-level qualified to act as the technical lead for the Canadian Registry for Pulmonary Fibrosis initiative. Candidates must be adept in medical imaging data, project coordination across various departments, and possess a strong foundation in health research ethics. Your independent problem-solving skills will drive the success of creating a robust imaging workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of automated CT imaging workflows
• Coordinate technical aspects across multiple research sites
• Maintain software for data quality and DICOM processing




• Build and secure an XNAT platform for imaging data
• Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders and funders
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a related field with 2+ years experience
• Strong coding skills, particularly in Python
• Familiar with PACS systems and healthcare environments
• Experience in project management and technical leadership
• Knowledge of privacy laws affecting patient data
