Office ManagerTerm/full-time. 02/26/2027. Department of Families. Centralized Services and Disability Supports, Community Services and Supports. Winnipeg, MB. Salary: CL4 $57,137.00 - $66,725.00 per year.Eligibility: This position is open only to employees of the Manitoba Public Service. Indigenous people are given first consideration.Responsibilities:Provide leadership and coordination of administrative operations for the Centralized Services and Disability Support Program.Oversee administrative staff, manage workflow, records systems, and financial processing.Support senior management through effective coordination of information, communication, and documentation.Provide training, guidance, and input into performance management.Maintain office systems, manage incoming correspondence and document flow.Oversee administrative and financial processes such as invoice coding, office supply management, and SAP-related tracking activities.Qualifications – Essential:Experience performing clerical and administrative duties in an office environment, including data entry, preparing highly complex documents and processing detailed documentation.Experience in financial management including accounts payable/receivable.Experience in human resource management, able to lead and supervise a team.Solid interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills.Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
