Responsibilities

- Provide service to assigned clients on renewal and throughout the policy period, handle questions and general enquiries, recommend and provide increase limits on coverage.
- Responsible for all incoming inquiries, and requested changes regarding assigned clients.
- Responsible for the quality and timeliness of all policy documentation processing, new business, renewals endorsements cancellations etc.
- Solicit new personal lines business from existing accounts and provide quotations where required.




- Provide backup for other Personal Lines Account Managers as required
- Follow all Underwriting guidelines from Insurance Companies and system procedures
- Other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate will Possess

- RIBO License eligible or active RIBO License
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Great Attitude, skilled, friendly and courteous
- Excellent Customer Service skill, attention to detail and an ability to prioritize
- Accuracy in record keeping
- Team player adaptable to a changing environment
- Comfortable using a variety of software platforms
- Opportunity to work in office and remotely
