Bahay Health is hiring Personal Support Workers and experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one home care to clients in Aurora, ON and surrounding areas.

We are a nurse-led home care company focused on providing dependable, thoughtful care that helps older adults remain safe, comfortable and independent at home.

We are looking for caregivers who are professional, compassionate and reliable, and who take pride in building genuine relationships with the people they support.

Responsibilities

- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and personal hygiene
- Provide toileting and incontinence support
- Assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention
- Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when required
- Provide medication reminders
- Support clients living with dementia or cognitive changes
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands or community activities
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the nursing team
- Complete required documentation following each visit

Qualifications

- Personal Support Worker certificate or relevant caregiving experience
- Previous experience supporting seniors is preferred




- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Dependable and punctual

A vehicle is required for this position due to client locations within the Aurora area.
