- Estimated Hours: 21 to 25 hours per week.
- Shift Structure: A balanced weekly mix featuring two mid-day shifts (e.g., 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM) and one full day (e.g., 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) during the week.
- Weekend Rotation: Occasional short Saturday mornings (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM), strictly capped at a maximum of 1–2 Saturdays per month.
- Predictability & Flexibility: The exact weekdays can be mutually discussed during the interview process to best align with your schedule and our dispensary workflow. Once finalized, schedules are locked in and provided a full month in advance so you can plan your personal life with absolute confidence.

We are looking for an experienced, high-functioning part-time Staff Pharmacist to join our dispensary family. - Patient-First Clinical Care & Positive Attitude: Provide outstanding customer service. Greet every patient with an authentic, friendly smile, listen actively during intake, and bring energy and a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude to the dispensary team every single day. Provide warm, expert counseling on prescriptions, renewals, and minor ailment assessments.
- Workflow Leadership:



Supervise the data-entry and prescription preparation queues seamlessly during peak afternoon rushes, keeping the dispensary environment calm, organized, and positive.
- Fillware Navigation: Conduct efficient therapeutic checks, clinical verifications, and independently navigate complex third-party billing rejections using our Fillware Rx platform.
- Smart Inventory Control: Maintain strong oversight of dispensary stock. Monitor inventory levels so we never run out of fast-moving items during peak season, oversee daily wholesaler ordering, minimize expiry wastage, and handle manufacturer backorders proactively to protect store cash flow.

Requirements:

- Active Part A Pharmacist licensure in positive standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Minimum 1–2 years of community pharmacy practice in Ontario.
- Strictly Required: Confident, independent proficiency navigating Fillware Rx (we are looking to bypass a software training curve) .
- Deep knowledge of Ontario public and private insurance drug programs (ODB, NIHB, Trillium, and private third-party plans).
- Enthusiastic & Positive Demeanor: A naturally upbeat personality. You handle difficult customer situations gracefully and bring a calm, positive presence to a fast-paced dispensary environment.
