Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing drug information, and offering excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Dispense prescription medications to patients and offer expertise in the safe use of prescriptions
- Ensure medications are stored appropriately and securely
- Provide advice on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and inventory levels
- Self-motivated and be able to work independently
Qualifications:
- Active pharmacist license in BC
- Proficient with IMMSBC
- Comfortable with Minor Ailments Prescribing and Med Reviews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with OAT
- Injection Certified
Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour Expected hours: 13.0 per week
