Duties

- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold company standards.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales potential.
- Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, cashiering, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Manage purchasing, pricing, and stock replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to build a high-performing team dedicated to excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct regular sales analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety,



and company policies while fostering a productive work environment.
- Manage administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll processing, scheduling, and organizational record keeping.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales management with strong supervisory skills; previous store management or leadership roles preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training & development, team management, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, merchandising tools, and inventory software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of budgeting, pricing strategies, marketing techniques, and sales management principles.
- Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, administrative tasks, and time management.
- Ability to lead with confidence while fostering a positive team culture rooted in collaboration and respect.
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for engaging diverse clientele; excellent phone etiquette is essential for customer interactions.
